It's been awhile since I've been here. When I first started here I was so motivated that I had no problems going out on my own and taking care of business without utilizing the site. But I seem to be stuck right now so I've decided to utilize fatsecret again to shed these last 20 pounds off and help me keep it off.

I've been great at getting exercise, but I've slacked on my food habits. So I'm afraid that I'm taking in more calories than I should be. This site really helped me with my calorie count in the beginning and I find myself needing that again.

I lost a dear friend in April and used that as an excuse to slack off. I got a little depressed and said eff it and began eating more sweets. I'm also in a relationship now which, for some reason, can cause one to become a little lax lol. I mean he loves me no matter what so what's a few doughnuts between us? Lol

But seriously, I find myself depressed now for no other reason except that I'm no longer losing at the rate I was losing before and I should have reached my target goal by now. This makes me furious and I am denied to do something about it now.

So here we go again. I've shed over 20 pounds but I'm only halfway there. Time to get back on the horse and finish the ride. No more excuses and no more procrastination! I'm not getting any younger and it's only gonna get harder. So here we go! Tomorrow morning a new dawn begins! I love myself and it's time to prove it!
