Ran yesterday - elliptical yesterday - lunch time walk today....getta get back on track. Would like to cut out alcohol and salt first, exercise more, portion and get back on schedule here.....
162.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
