Thanks hon...just was on prednisone for a little over 2 weeks due to a poison ivy infection. Side effect, weight gain. I'm just happy it was only about 3.5 pounds. Now that I can go back to the gym, I'm looking to lose that AND get back into walking since I've been off my game lately!
