Hmmmm did my Stats at the gym last night. I've apparently lost weight, down to 80.4Kgs. But my body Fat % seems to have gone up. At 18.9%. My previous stats weren't very accurate though because I wasn't watching what I ate then. Went to Asda on Monday and bought loads of chicken. There was tonnes of it on the reduced section, so I bought a bit more than usual and cooked it all and stuck it in my freezer. Happy days. Will have to update my diet and exercise calendar at some point today also.
