Tomorrow is my first "weigh-in" day! I am getting the hang of this low carb, high protein way of eating.It is all about making better choices and thinking before grabbing something to eat! Slowing down my eating times and really enjoying the food I need to nourish my body!
My goal: to be happier with myself and to be a healthier me! (And to lose these extra pounds along the way too!!)
