Hopefully all the ladies and men out there that need to lose a a reasonable amount of weight will do so NOW!! Don't let it get out of hand. None of us gain weight all at once. 2 lbs at a time quickly escalates. Keep going and don't quit!!! It's not about dieting, it's about living a better life style. Don't starve yourself, that doesn't work. Just eat moderately and healthy food. Best Wishes on your journey.
