It has been awhile since i have been on here. I just plain gave up for a long while. Then I got back on track with Body bug or body media and i have lost 70 pound. I am now at a stand still and I hope that changing back to fit bit and fat secret will help me to get over this hump. Here is to experimentation.
298.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up! Time to just rethink everything, from what you choose to eat, what kind of exercise you like, and doing things that make you happy! I lose more weight when I play my guitar more...go figure...
