Family reunion went ok, a few glitches here and there but a success I think overall...felt like poop the whole time but oh well, survived. Gonna be a long week at work, all the eqiupment I recently ordered is here and must be setup, calibrated, and tested. I really don't know what I'm doing so I just keep reading manuals and hoping they magically put themselves together. Unfortunately, we all know that won't happen. I guess I wouldn't be so worried except they used hydrogen carrier gas and high temperatures. Lord knows, I wouldn't like to blow myself up...maybe my coworker, but not myself lol. So cross your fingers for me, folks!
Other than that, I am definitely NOT going to make my lose 10lbs by the end of September goal (you win, Grand lol). I have become a bit lax, not fallen off the wagon I would say, just not as strict. It happens, I know how to get back to committed and I will when I'm ready. I think everybody needs a break here and there, just means I have to work harder in the future. I DID buy that spinning cycle, and it's a pretty good workout, hurts my tooshie though so I do a lot more standing up than what I probably should. I'll have to get some padded bike shorts....and not let my husband see cause he'll laugh, heck I'll probably laugh too.
