Eating is on track for what I had left in the frig after being gone for 5 days...didn't get home until 10 pm last night. After work comes the gym with my Personal Trainer Kelsey...love her..she makes me work super hard. then grocery shopping..I need to get some food in the frig, got my list already started. Need to get the rest of my fiber in today...lol...that's always a tough for me.
