Starting the process this challenge today. I swear i ate everything processed that i could this weekend. My main goal with this challenge is to drastically reduce the amount of processed foods that i eat and to cut refined sugar from my diet. Trying to focus on all of the things that i can eat instead of what I can't. Good luck to everyone who has also joined this challenge. :)
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
