Signs all around that I need to continue to do this., I just cannot stay like this anymore! My outside has to match my insides, I am a good person I want to feel good about myself, not just what I do at work. Granted I love food but there are sssooo many that I have yet to try that would help me get down under 200!! That is my short term goal.
My dad and his new wife (blah) are coming Oct. 12 for my uncle's surgery. 23 days away from today. 23 days 23 lbs. Not too bad.

My biggest thing is that when I get home from work, I go to the fridge instead of the bed. WHY!! Because I have not eaten in 12 hours, so what!! I am not hungry, it is all the cravings.

So today I had a 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1 TBSP honey and 1/3 cup frozen fruits and it was great, I will make another before going to work today and then right to bed. I need to!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You're absolutely right! Life can pass you by. I've been dodging going out with my friends for months now because everything involves food. So now I'm chubby and lonely. .???
