Saturday and I can´t beleive I have 9 hours of work, sitting and my desk to interpret phone calls, the good thing I woke up at 6:00am and did 35 minutes Hit Cardio and I feel with enough energy to face whatever is coming. I'm still with my 100actived days challenge to create the habit of working out and I'm seeing the results so I'm not dropping it. I didn´t reward myself with food this time for loosing those 4 pounds, so I'm thinking whatelse I really want and I'm going to reward me with sometime nice.
