Can anyone help me? I am on low calories diet. During working hours i am not too active coz I am in my office. Not doing lots of physical work but I do have my cardio fasted morning workout for 30mins every morning. I decide to just eat an apple for lunch and green tea. So total calories are about 100 cal. At the evening i'll take more high calories meal about 400 kcal. And I workout at night daily about 8pm. Hurm... is that healthy? I don't know but i want to lose weight fast.

Count your RMR and TDEE (just Google it, that's not difficult at all). Btw, FatSecret has already done smth like that (your RDI), so just try not to force things: don't go below 1200 kcal, that's way too extreme.
