Home Scale:183.2 YMCA Scale:183

Crazy lazy week for me I did workout most days which is gd. So far doin gd on my challenge eatin all home cook meals & MANN this is hard i'll admit I plan 2 go 2 Subway 2nite 4 dinner even tho I really some fried chicken w/red bean & rice
183.2 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
