As Many Rounds As Possible [AMRAP] workout today for 30 minutes:
10 Dumbbell snatches 25# (5 each arm) 10 Goblet squats 35# 10 Push-ups 10 Box jumps 200m sprint
I completed 6 rounds...and I am toast. Perfect workout to head into the weekend with. I had thought about doing this workout on Monday when I would be fully rested, but opted to do it today as a way to exclamation point the end of the work week.
