Well to day is Friday, felt kind of sick the last couple of days so I need to figure out what is going on with that as I go on the road for work leaving on Sunday. I hope everyone has a great weekend and meet all of there goals, dreams and life is wonderful
189.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good drop, hope you feel better before you start your road trip. Maybe baseball ending might make you feel better :) I'm a MET fan, so I know I'll feel better when the seasons over. Although I'm also a RAMS fan and might be in for a long season. Hoping they can put things together with Davis or Hill at quarterback and get the defense going. Feel better.
