I eat three big meals a day, I don't eat between meals, I've stopped eating cake, buns, doughnuts, pizza, pasta, sweets, chocolate, breakfast cereals, sugar, sweeteners, pastries like pasties and sausage rolls, cut right down on the bread, I don't exercise and still drink the same amount of alcohol as I did in the past. If I get peckish I have a bowl of fresh fruit with two tablespoons of natural yogurt. I don't eat anything that is labelled as 'low fat' or 'light', I have gone back to full fat butter instead of the low fat spreads that have been using for years and I now fry my food in good old fashioned lard and I have lost about two stone and my beer gut is almost gone I just thought I would share this as it may help others Kind Regards, Steve.
