The Biggest Loser started recently. For some reason I have found their stories are helping motivate me. I recently got some new work out DVDs, and have been paying more attention to my diet. I have a wonderful, kind friend who has offered to fix my teeth. At the end of the month, I will have 4 of my front bottom teeth extracted, to be replaced by a porcelain bridge. I will be able to fully smile for the first time in 15 years. I am really tired of being fat, of hating everything in my closet, and hating myself even more. I want to be happy, healthy, and active. Starting tomorrow, I will be doing the workout DVDs in the morning, and making sure I stick to my diet. If I want to be different, only I can make the change.
