Had the most wonderful time with the family at BGG in SC! Beautiful weather and we walked for 4 hours! I kept up great, did not get winded or sit down any more than the others (which was not much) and feel great tonight. Nature trails and statues and beautiful flowers and trees with Spanish moss. 174 early this am...I am so amazed how I could walk...I am so very blessed.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
