I'll only weigh myself next Monday, when a week is completed.
It's not been an easy week.
What I've done well, is getting back into the gym. I honestly feel more toned now... it's amazing how it can help. Have been doing between 40 minutes to 90 mins. Have been 3 times this week, and plan to exercise at least 4 times a week, or 5 if possible. It really helps... Now, I see how it's helping, but there's still long way to go of course.
So:
Positive changes:
1) More salads and soups
2) Morning chia with skimmed milk, or with lemon honey tea.
3) Avoiding alcohol

What I've done wrong is Chinese food, ice cream, cake, etc.. no need to name here, but yes. It's important to know so when I weight myself I can see how small difference in my daily routine will hopefully make a difference in my weight.

Weekend is almost here.
