Draglist's Journal, 18 September 2014

Morning weigh in of 216.8 despite significant calorie deficit and low carbs yesterday. Sodium was too high, though. Going out to a Brazilian steak house for dinner, so will eat at RDI or above today.

You are doing good Bill. I wish I could drop weight as fast as you do. Like I Said before I got a scheduled weigh in this Sunday and then Friday September 26, 2014. I am shooting for 150 for September 26. When I finally due hit 150, then I will do another evaluation. Goal 138-140 My toughest challenge is getting excercise in. I did 20 leg squats and 20 pushups on Kitchen tile floor last night. Its busy season at work and hot/humid weather outside. Got to force myself to exercise more.

You're going in the right direction. Just curious, what's the difference between a "regular" steakhouse and a Brazilian one?

Tomorrow is another day and another chance to lose more. You know how this works. Have a great day pal. Oh, I did a journal that you can read today, no ranting, only positive vibes :)

I'm finding sodium control to be really hard. It seems that there are copious amounts in just about everything. The cheaper flash frozen chicken breasts I have been buying are chocked full. Apparently to get the mass up the vendors are allowed to inject them with water but they use salt water. So I went back to buying skin on bone in chicken thighs. Much lower sodium but they require a little extra work to prepare them. Even my milk comes with 1.0 g of sodium per liter. It is in everything!
