Got measured at Curves yesterday.

Total inches lost: 8
Weight lost: 2 lbs
% body fat: .3 gained (UGH!!!)
Body Fat: .21 lbs lost
BMI: -.35 (yay??? this number is bogus since it is an average of averages)

OK I am a bit confused on the body fat issue. If I gained in percent body fat how can I have lost weight in body fat? Also, I lost 2 pounds (obviously not all in body fat) so how much lost was water? muscle?

Anyway... hectic weekend. Going to see friends and scare myself on purpose. Got to break out of my comfort zone and change my paradigm. I think the diet will be blown but it will be ok.
