was really bad yesterday so have no idea how the scale went down this morning although i suppose i shouldn't complain!

Is DH birthday tomorrow and as he has the day off as usual tradition states he has to bring in his birthday cake for his work collegues today instead. So yesterday evening i baked said cake. i was reasonably good at first but then made the fatal mistake of making the frosting too early. I thought i was being savvy big mistake. the cake seemed to take forever to cool so i had to keep going back and beating the frosting. everytime i did this i scraped down the sides and then licked the spatula bad girl note to self must do better next time!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 74.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
