Hi mates. I am Julia and I am 28. I feel like to share how I feel and I hope with your help I will get more support and become confident. In general I think it is an amazing idea that people exchange the experience and communicate here.

So the problem is that I can’t lose even a pound and keep the result. I work in the office so I don’t have much time to move around and be active. Of course I was able to get rid up to 3 pounds but after they quickly came back to me. I wouldn’t say that I have chosen a specific diet because they are all too cruel and strict in my opinion. Especially those when they suggest to eat at a set time. For example I used to eat up to 4 times a day. And I wouldn’t like to change this habit but I am open to new ideas what I should and shouldn’t eat.

I have read about Duromine from Solutions4weightloss and other appetite suppressant pills and it seems like they can really help. I decided to discover them more but after reading a list of possible side effects my desire to buy them has faded away. I can’t imagine that people who choose to lose weight taking pills like those can stand endless headaches, insomnia and depression.

What do you people eat while on a diet and what you don’t eat? Any useful tips? And did anyone try some kind of diet pills? Is it true that consequences are so bad? I’ll be very grateful to hear from you.
