the 3 new pairs of jeans that I had to buy (in a size larger-16- :( and still a little snug) are now fitting much better...hopefully I'll be in the 14's again soon! Yay me... lol
Hubby had another followup on the elbow - they took out the stitches, which was fun - not - because the swelling had made the skin almost grow over them...but the lady did a very good job getting them out...then another ultrasound, and tried an aspiration, because they still saw a pocket, but there wasn't hardly any fluid in it - barely enough to send to the lab for testing - but that technician was sure rough!! Ben can handle a lot of pain, but this guy had him flinching all over the place - when he was wiping the gel off his arm, cleaning him up after the aspiration...I guess "do no harm" doesn't apply to ultrasound techs...had to pop 2 pain pills the minute we got in the car to come home...at least THAT's over. have to go back up Monday and see how the antibiotics are working...seem to be doing ok so far, the doc looked almost pleased lol. I just wish he'd heal already - really hate seeing him in so much pain!
