I did the slow carb diet before and had awesome results. I thought it was really easy to maintain and I actually liked the food options. the reason I "fell off the wagon" was because I literally fell off the wagon! I was working a very high stress job that I hated which resulted in a LOT of after work drinking. I stopped the drinking after I left the job, but somehow forgot all about the slow carb plan.

Very excited to start up again. Tomorrow I am heading to the grocery store and stocking up on ingredients.
