Almost 3 years ago, I had gastric bypass. I started out at 411 pounds and came down to 275. Over the last year and a half, I've put some of that weight back on because I was working a lot, not getting enough exercise, and so not eating correctly.

Almost a year and a half ago, I became engaged to my fiance. Our wedding date is October 15,2011. I have my dress, but would love to love the weight that I gained so that my dress fits correctly. Additionally, I want to reach my goal of hitting below 200 pounds. But one thing at a time, right? LOL

Anyway, today, I have started a 5 day pouch test to get myself back on track and start losing those pounds again. It's a modified version of the "diet" that I had to follow immediately following my surgery. It's not going to be easy, but I know that with the right support and motivation I can be successful in getting myself back on track and losing the weight!
