Went to the regular 5:30 a.m. Wednesday morning circuit training class this morning... it ALWAYS kicks my A**!!!! I feel great after, but I DIE during the 45 min class. Next week they will begin Insanity during the class... I can't wait! NOT... :-/

Thanks Snez, I got her from a rescue shelter. She came to me with not a very creative name... "Goldie"... She's my "Baby", and an INCREDIBLE dog! She's a golden-doodle if you wondered. :-)
