On a up swing! OUCH!!! This is why I weigh in every day...so as to stay on track, be in control of my food intake and have no surprises at the end of the week. Yesterday was a eat everything in sight day...if it didnt eat me first I ate it...Chicken with BBQ sauce, M&Ms, cole slaw, baked beans, more cole slaw, jello( sugar free with whip cream) and 1/2 Atkins bar. Today is a journal day, recording everything that goes in. My first entry is breakfast...coffee, bacon and 1 square Land O Lakes Cheese. I like to buy the individual cheese pieces because it acts as a portion control. Yesterday, I broke all my rules for success... journal all foods and drink. Journal, journal, journal. Another trick that works for me is simply brush my teeth when a craving appears to be taking over my self control. I used that trick to help stop smoking many years ago and it also works for me with food. Its a beautiful day filled with promise...stay happy all!
132.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
