Well...back to the grindstone. Went to a conference Thurs-Sat, which involved a lot of 'networking' (drinking) Managed to get to the gym on Thurs night in the hotel, but that was it :( Busted some moves on the dance-floor (which was my cardio) and some how ended up doing ballroom dancing with a random girl in the middle of the club, that will be down to Mr.Jagerbomb. I thought I had some food for my diet in the freezer but when I went to get it out last night, I found out I was wrong. Not to worry, I'll restock tonight at Asda and do my cooking for the week. My protein arrived last week, so I'm going to take that as part of my diet and see what happens. Never taken it consistently in the past. Still got my sights on the illusive six-pack for the summer festival in Benicassim :). Hope everybody is well and had a good weekend!!!
