Wellness coach came today. BP very good 110/70. Haven't really lost weight yet. I will weigh at home, same scale I used for last entry. We have had some very hot days, and I have a cold/sore throat. Did not exercise Sunday or Monday, but didn't rest either. Need to get well. Running last Saturday did not do any good.
