Yesterday, our plan was to have our midday dinner at Pizza Hut so that we could try the new pizza with the bacon and cheese stuffed crust. Wouldn't you know it, they were out of it. So we decided to do the buffet, which was okay, but hard on the diet! After eating and doing our shopping, we headed home with a brief stop at the DQ, where I decided to try the new apple pie Blizzard. It was not a good day for the old diet—today, I am doing penance! I need to get back below my maintenance goal of between 115 and 118 as quickly as possible—it's not good to justify the .8 lb. gain by thinking that it's not much.

Okay, you satisfied your craving for pizza and blizzards. So now lets get moving. Turn on the radio, MP, or personal Stereo and get busy working out to your favorite tunes. A cheat day is always a good day, but a better day is when all of your hard work pays off.
