Focusing on other victories, since today was a gain on the scale:

I don't feel like I'm about to die when I get off of the elliptical anymore, though I didn't do as high of resistance today as I normally do. My legs felt (and still feel) like jelly.

I'm also up to 650 meters in swimming. When I get to 1000 I'll finally buy some goggles so that I can see for the rest of the day. I feel like I have chlorine in my eyes constantly.

None of the yoga classes at my gym fit my schedule this semester. I know I need to start yoga because of my MS, but it's really not my favorite exercise. I'm never going to make myself do it long term if I'm just watching videos. I need other people to make it bearable. I'm not bendy!
171.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great job! We all put too much emphasis on the scale and it's so important to look at the big picture. Chooosing healthier foods, exercising, and changing the way we live all are important too and they don't' always reflect on the scale straight away. Losing weight takes a lot of patience and time.

Give yoga a shot. I tell my clients it takes 3 months to feel that your not stuck in a hellish Twister game and then another 3 months to figure out your body after that you'll start to see, feel change. Also, find a gracious teacher, not some yoga Nazi.
