Starting to eat less now. Starting ItWorks and bring treadmill into living room in hopes ill use it few times a week :) Wish me luck! Mexico in January!

Come on you can do it! Start with walking 10 or 15 minutes each day. It's so easy to build up your endurance and put in a show. The time goes by fast. As it gets easier, you add other exercise in as well. Strength training a few times a week will really help to reshape your body for Mexico. Jillian Michaels has a "Beginner Shred" and it's really great for beginners. Good luck!
