Getting a little sloppy, need to tighten it up. Work is my bad place, where I find myself saying 1 candy from the bowl at the coworker's desk won't hurt but of course it is never just 1. Chocolate is on my list of foods to avoid so why am I saying I can have that 1 anyway? Did a decent job of planning, shopping and eating planned meals what with plenty of leftovers from cooking dinner every night. Grade is an A for that. Not A+ since I didn't get breakfast packed a couple of times. Progress, that's all I need though. I just need to diligently keep working on it as this is life and a way of being not a diet I'm on.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great, Weight Watchers is a very successful plan. I lost 35 pounds with them when I was 19 and kept it off until my late 30's. Many people I know have lost weight with them. They teach a very important tool -Portion Control. I know what you mean, For awhile people were bringing doughnuts, cakes ect to the office.... Thank God that has stopped for awhile....
