*sigh* I have such a bad habit of late night snacking. I'm trying to stick to 1500 calories a day to lose 1-2 lbs per week, and today I did really well, after eating dinner I was at 1510...not bad at all.
But then I had some popcorn (albeit it was air popped) and a soda. I wasn't really hungry or anything, it's just a bad habit. I suppose it would help to just NOT have this stuff in the house or if I really want to eat out of habit I should eat an apple or some grapes.
