Signed up today. Ready to see how this site can help me track my diet and help me lose weight! Starting out at 170, about 10lbs down from my heaviest, but I have recently put on some weight. I have PCOS and I am insulin resistant. I work out with a trainer once a week, but I need to exercise more regularly and I need to eat better. Cant wait to see where i will be in a few months!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
