While my weight has gone up, it's still in my acceptable range. I have been having sugar cravings because of some major stressors popping up at me for the past few weeks, almost making me feel rather manic. I'm giving in a little bit, but I only have a few more weeks of jump rope training, and then weights. During that time I will be as stoic as possible since I will be pushing for gains rather than maintenance. All this impact training is hard on the bones which forces more rest on me. Does anyone else hate rest? haha!
