What is it with these crazy up and downs. Unbelievable. A difference of 3lbs within one day
141.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Do you weigh yourself at the same time each day? I always weigh myself right in the morning after I go potty....that way I don't have any weight from the food I've ingested throughout the day...cause really that's not my weight, that's just the food that hasn't come out yet...know what I mean? (poop hehe)

That's what I do. First thing in the morning after potty

Your body can store 2000 calories or so in the form of glycogen, which triples or quadruples the weight of the original carbs because of its strong affinity for water! So let's say you're body has completely refilled its glycogen stores, maybe 500 g carbohydrates in excess, that's another 1500 g or 3.3 pounds of body weight, which you can burn off in one day simply by going without carbs. Add to that any lingering undigested food (which takes 12 hours to pass through the body), and water retention caused by sodium (which can be a few pounds), and your weight can easily fluctuate by a few pounds every day. Fascinating stuff, I hope this helped.

Thank you acheloism, that actually makes sense. I am trying hard to keep the carbs low and healthy, but I love a homemade whole wheat bun with my salad for lunch. Otherwise I get too hungry until dinner. I only have 30 mins break a day, when I am at work. Can't have a snack either.
