Didn't get on FS yesterday - crazy schedule. But I had taken the time to plan & prepare my food, so even though not recorded, I had great day - and a weigh in that proves it!


Diet Calendar Entry for 10 September 2014:
1500 kcal Fat: 74.32g | Prot: 104.97g | Carb: 109.91g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Hard-Boiled Egg, Pistachio Nuts, Bolthouse Farms Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing, Kroger Texas Red Grapefruit, Dole Chopped Asian Blend. Lunch: Salami, Celery, Kraft Zesty Italian Anything Dressing, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Bacon, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Fresh Express Iceberg Garden Salad, Bland Farms Vidalia Sweet Onion, Cucumber (with Peel), Hoffman's Super Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Dinner: Gorton's Simply Bake Salmon, Earth's Pride Organics Baby-Cut Carrots, Mustard, Sour Cream, Butter (Salted), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Snacks/Other: Trader Joe's Beef Tenderloin Stir Fry with Vegetables, Coffee. more...
