did one mile walk today and went to the gym to workout for an hour. weight coming of slowly. want to get down to 170 by next month tired of being struck in the 170's been there long enough.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
