Monday,
Well I or (we) made it through the weekend did a great hike with my daughter yesterday who is a little studdette she herself has lost 54 lbs but she threw a 10 lb weight in her pack and carried it for 5 plus miles I guess I will have to do the same to keep up with her :) How many of you have picked up the amount of weight you have losted and carried it around for a bit? It really sucks doesnt it? I thought so I carried around 30 lbs yesterday for about 15 minutes and didnt like it so well.

For every two kg I lose I add a two-litre bottle to my collage I'm making in photoshop so I always see how much I lost and know how much it would suck if I had to carry that weight with me now.

I did that with the weight and took a pic, couple bags of dog food. That was over a year ago, and I gained 30 back since June 2013, which pisses me off. More power to your Studette daughter! I've been dragging mine with me to the gym a few days now. Our gym is around the corner from her school, so it's practically on the way. Keep it up!!!
