Good grief! I dropped another pound, I wasn't expecting that, but I will take it. A year and a half ago, my goal was just a dream. I not only reached it, but I have been successful at maintaining. My dieting efforts in the past were poor at best. I would lose 20 pounds or so, then quickly gain it back. I never thought of myself as being morbidly obese. This time I didn't settle for the mere 20 lbs. I went all the way and I have never felt better. My knees really love the loss. I have had so much fun shopping for clothes and trying on smaller sizes.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
