Hmm... went to the gym today under the impression that I just needed to lose fat, not actually get in shape... boy I was wrong! I'm usually able to run about 40 minutes, fatigued but not in pain. Today, however, I had a hard time running for 15 minutes! I haven't taken that much time off, maybe have even been working out better than other times at college (minus a week and a half break due to finals). What gives?!
