It has only been 2 weeks. Yes you fell off the wagon, but you can get right back up again, now knowing what your danger zones are. I would wait at least 4 weeks before trying to go to a place I know would tempt me to cheat. I haven't been in a Panera (breads) for a month now, even though I know I can get low carb, but I know in my head, I wouldn't. You have to avoid what you don't have willpower to overcome this early on.

Okay Kim...I saw your forum topic post...I have looked at your food diary, and I have to say that you are probably retaining water from the fast food. All of them, and especially the sandwiches are loaded. There is no way that you could have gained 5 pounds from one meal unless it was a 25,000 calorie binge. I am looking at your food diary, and I have to say that one thing that may be slowing your weight loss is the Atkins bars...those things have stalled more people than anything else. I am going to take a look at the rest of your food entries for other days and see what they look like. If I see anything more, I will let you know. Hang in there, while it will take you about 3 days to begin burning fat again, all is not lost. This is naught but a little speed bump! Hugs!

Okay, first thing I noticed is that you are not eating enough calories. You truly need to aim for 1500-1800 calories a day. Did you set your RDI? Reset it for 2200 calories a day and aim for the 1500-1800. Your percentages need to be about 65-70% fat, 20-25% protein, and 5% carbs. Make sure you drink at least 64 ounces of water a day and more if you can...aim for 100 ounces if you can. I truly feel that you simply are not eating enough...and if you do that your body will hold on to every single calorie you eat.
