Woo! Have had a pretty good week as far as weight loss goes. I'm sure that's partly because two or three nights my stomach was hurting so bad I didn't want to eat.

On the plus side, the doctors finally figured out what was wrong so I have some antibiotics and I'll be good as new on Monday. (: Which means I can go back to the gym Monday!!

Does anyone have any advice for working out on a low carb diet?
145.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
