no actula weigh in today but am totally pumped first time ever i ran 5km in under 30mins this is amazing for me!!! only down side i celebrated with 2 pieces of french toast!!!
the power shopping and plain salad lunch this afternoon will compensate hopefully
162.3 lb Lost so far: 73.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
