I guess that's what I get for giving myself one meal of whatever I wanted over the weekend. Although, it took a few days to register on the scale...which I guess is normal. Hopefully I can keep losing.
296.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 116.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
