So the Tang Soo Do class last night was a "test prep" class. By the end of it I had lost a little over a pound of water weight! The room was air conditioned but we were all sweating profusely by the end of it.

Hopefully the endurance training will pay off, though after last night I'm not sure I'm as far along as I thought I was. I know that my weight lifting has limited my flexibility a little bit, but I prefer to have more muscle mass to help burn the calories so I'll just have to work past that.
