The weight gain over the weekend must've been from too many diet and Captain Morgans because I sweat my butt off at the gym yesterday. Happy hump day everyone!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
